The 30-Day Gratitude Challenge
Here are some ways you can cultivate gratitude in the coming month!
Write A Thank You Note To Someone Each Day: Get a list of 30 people, thank you cards, and postage. Send a card per day to someone, telling them why you’re thankful for them. This will be a blessing to others, and will help you develop gratitude for those around you!
Keep a Gratitude Jar: Keep a jar filled with notes on life’s blessings (small and big) in your home. For the 30-day gratitude challenge, cut up 30 slips of paper. Each day write down one thing you’re grateful for and put it in the jar. At the end of the 30 days, gather your family around, empty the jar and read all 30 notes. This will help you be more aware of all the good you have in your life.
Keep a Gratitude Journal: Establish a daily practice in which you remind yourself of the gifts, grace, benefits, and good things you enjoy. Setting aside time on a daily basis to recall moments of gratitude associated with ordinary events, your personal attributes, or valued people in your life gives you the potential to interweave a sustainable life theme of gratefulness.
When you're consistently grateful watch for how the peace of God transforms your heart and mind, in Christ Jesus!
