Fix Your Eyes And Keep Going

We have made it to the end of the week, and here is the truth worth carrying with you: you do not have to have it all figured out. You just have to keep going. Paul closes this section of 2 Corinthians with a simple but powerful instruction. Fix your eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. What is visible is temporary. What is invisible is eternal. Faith is not ignoring reality. It is recognizing that there is more reality than we can currently see.

Jesus never promised the road would be easy. He promised to walk it with you. And that changes everything. So today, do not lose heart. Not because your circumstances have changed, but because God's grace has not. Not because the road is smooth, but because Jesus walks with you on that road. And not because suffering has disappeared, but because Sunday always follows Friday. The cross led to resurrection. Death gave way to life. Darkness gave way to light.

That same hope belongs to you. Keep carrying the treasure. Keep trusting Jesus. Keep loving the people around you, especially the ones who are hurting. Show up for them. A phone call, a meal, a prayer, a listening ear. Never underestimate the power of simply being present. You are not alone, and you will not lose heart.

Prayer

Father, help me fix my eyes on You and not on the weight of what surrounds me. Thank You that Your grace never disappears and that Jesus walks with me every step of the way. Amen.
